It has been revealed that the sleek and compact HP Veer 4G is set to be launched in the United States in just over a week, giving consumers access to an even wider range of 4G gadgets.
It was revealed in a recent survey that there would be a surge in LTE popularity and take up over the course of this year, with more and more people wanting to enjoy the benefits of LTE technology for both casual and business use. One official who was involved in the research said that smart phones and 4G enabled gadgets would play an important part in LTE take up.
People in the United States who want to enjoy the benefits of LTE will now have even more choice when it comes to which gadgets they can use, with the news that the HP Veer 4G is set to be launched in just over a week in the USA. The WebOS handset is set to be launched as an exclusive with the communications giant AT&T on May 15th.
This 4G handset is very sleek and compact, making it easy to transport around and use. HP has taken over from Palm and has combined some of the features that are typically Palm from other devices with some new ideas and features of its own to create this nifty little 4G device.
Some of the features of the phone include webOS 2.1, a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7230 800-MHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of built in storage, and HSPA+. There is also a 5 mega pixel camera with video capturing technology. The devise will cost ninety nine dollars on a two year contract with AT&T.
